RADIO STATION

Brooklyn College Radio is a student club supervised by the Department of Television and Radio, and governed by the student members for the educational benefit of students interested in broadcasting. The current facilities were opened in 2004, and include one on air studio, and two production studios. All studios are equipped with professional audio equipment, Audioarts consoles, Shure and Electro Voice studio microphones, and DJ equipment. The configuration of the studios offer the flexibility needed to host a wide variety of radio shows and activities, from round table discussions, to musical performances. The studios are also used often to record voiceovers and conduct ADR sessions. Brooklyn College Radio functions as a free-form, non-commercial radio station.
